Is it just that grow gen is dishonest or have they incorporated laziness into the store model? After they bought out grow warehouse they removed the prices from everything. And now there are two prices when you do ask. It would not be a big deal except they are running off the knowledgeable staff so good luck getting any help there. The new hires behind the counter act like you are bothering them when you need any help or ask simple questions.

I sure miss grow warehouse! There was never a problem getting a co2 refill before grow generation took over. They seem more concerned with their store count and establishing a monopoly than actually making sure they have the inventory their customers need. Funny how they can stock it 10 miles out of town and make everybody go get it. Last I checked there were 30k people in Pueblo west and 100+k in Pueblo. Thanks for making a majority of us spend and extra half hour and gallon of gas minimum every time, oh and for jacking the price as soon as you took over too!

I love that they have the best priced Co2!! I can trade out when I come to shop for anything else I may need. It is so convenient and substantially lower priced than anywhere else in the area. Always have the products I need, and usually good price points. These guys are the best!

The store is a nice well kept store. That being said I will not do any more business with this facility, due to the fact that when they quote or save you prices when you go into the store to pick the items up their prices change all of a sudden. Can't due business with a store that cant keep its word. Now that I have been able to work with the actually manger of the store Orren. I can honestly say my experience there has been a 100 times better. If you ever have an issue deal with him direct he is a straight forward and easy to work with individual.
